Delivery information

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently we ship to the following countries: Sweden, all EU countries, Norway, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea. Is your country missing on the list? Please send us an e-mail. 

• Our standard delivery is with DHL or PostNord. If the parcel is too big to fit in your mailbox it will be left at a pick-up point and you will receive a notification.
• We aim to send your order as soon as possible. Delivery times are dependent on shipping destination. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for international orders.
• Once your order is sent from the warehouse you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.  
• The delivery fee depends on order volume and delivery country. The shipping fees are stated at the web store’s check-out. We offer free standard delivery within Sweden for orders over 299 SEK and free international shipping for orders over 50 EURO / 50 USD. Non EU countries: Any customs duty and/or taxes is paid by the receiver.

UNCOLLECTED CONSIGNMENT 

You are liable to collect the consignment at the pick-up point within the time-frame on the notification. If you cannot receive the consignment upon delivery or do not collect your consignment at the pick-up point, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you 149 SEK for shipping and administrative fees.
